By using and accepting a ‘Poulton Cabs Local’ card you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Poulton Cabs Local card is only available to ‘Fylde Coast Locals’.
2. The criteria for a ‘Poulton Local’ is:
   1. Someone who permanently resides within the Fylde Coast area.
   2. Someone who’s delivery address is within the Fylde Coast area.
   3. Exceptions can be made to this criteria on a case by case basis at the discretion of Poulton Cabs.
3. To receive a discount or offer, a valid card must be presented at the point of sale or prior to the service as stated in the discount terms and conditions.
4. The Poulton Cabs Local Card cannot be used with any other offers or promotions unless stated in the offer details.
5. Participating retailers reserve the right to accept a Poulton Cabs Local Card on a discretionary basis.
6. Participating retailers reserve the right to refuse the offer at any time.
7. Poulton Cabs Local will update the website as frequently as possible. However, we or retailers are not liable for outdated discounts or misinformation that may appear online.
8. Retailers sign up to offer discounts for a minimum of 6 months.
9. We are not liable for the withdrawal of any participating retailers.
10. Pard Card can occasionally send unique offers or discounts via email to Pard Card holders, these may be third party promotions.
11. Poulton Cabs or associated companies are not be liable for damages that could occur through connection with Poulton Cabs Local Card.
12. Poulton Cabs or associated companies is not liable for the behaviour of Poulton Cabs Local Card holders or retailers and any experiences that may occur.
